Terms and conditions 

crowns and confetti events- Bell tent hire.

The client, by placing an order online, via email or telephone and securing with deposit agrees that they accept the terms and conditions written in this document of the rental agreement.

Booking and deposits:

A 50% non refundable booking deposit will be required at the time of booking to reserve the your date and theme.payable by PayPal or BACS, the deposit will go towards the total cost of your booking.

Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of your confirmed booking or your date and theme will be released.

The remaining balance should be paid within 7 days of delivery,Unless agreed otherwise, your booking will be cancelled and no deposit will be refunded.

All bookings are for one day or nights booking only – Times stated upon booking and unless agreed and confirmed otherwise.

Event Theme and/or total number of beds required must be stated upon booking confirmation and agreed upon by the hirer crowns and confetti events.

A £100 damage deposit must be paid via bacs on the date of delivery,A full walk around will be carried out with the client if possible by the hirer to ensure no loss or damage has been sustained, once the hirer is happy with the condition of the hired items, the clients damage deposit shall be returned within 24 hours.

If any damages or losses have occurred the hirer reserves the right to deduct the subsequent amount from the damage deposit.

Cancellation:

Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to event date,the 50% deposit is non refundable but May in some pre agreed cases with the hirer and subject to availability be transferred over to a new booking held with in 90 days of the cancellation.

Cancellations made within 7 days of event date  and where the full balance has been paid  shall not be refunded.

Crowns and confetti events shall not be liable to pay any compensation to the client for any loss, damage or expenditure arising directly or indirectly from the cancellation.

Crowns and confetti events reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason and at any time but will always endeavour to give as much notice as possible.Upon any such cancellation the company shall refund any monies due to the client within 30days should any refund be due.

Crowns and confetti events reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice if there is a breach of any of  these terms and conditions.

If the client wishes to cancel the hire due to bad weather that crowns and confetti have still deemed safe then no refund will be given.

The client obligations:

The client shall ensure before booking that there is adequate space to safely install and fit the hired items.

The ground should be flat, firm and clear of obstructions 

Ensure the site has easy access for the commercial vehicles required to deliver and collect the equipment. In the event that access is not reasonable a surcharge shall be applied to the hire charge.

The hirer shall use the equipment only for its proper purpose and in a safe and correct manner. Any loss, theft or damage must be reported immediately to the company.

 The hirer is not authorised to repair, alter or add to the equipment without the consent of the company.

 The hirer or any third parties, shall not enter the equipment while it is being erected or dismantled.

The hirer shall not tamper with any structure or any part of the equipment and, in particular, not affix or suspend any items from the equipment without prior written consent from the company.

No lighting, heating, cooking or other gas or electrical appliances of any kind are permitted within the equipment unless previous consent has been obtained from the company.

The hirer shall not light or allow to be lit any fire, candle or other naked flame within or close to the equipment without prior written consent from the company.


 No smoking or vaping is permitted within 3 metres of the bell tent/s or the company’s equipment.

The company obligations:

To deliver the equipment and proceed to erect it on or before the set up date shown on the invoice.

To dismantle and remove the equipment from the site on or after the date shown on the invoice.

Delivery,set up and collection:

Delivery can take approximately 1-2.5 hours, but could take more or less dependant on the theme and amount of hire items to be set up, we kindly ask that no adults ,children or guests are in the set up area to avoid a time delay.

In the case of bad weather crowns and confetti events reserve the right to cancel if deemed unsafe and the hire can be rearranged.

Crowns and confetti events will collect the hire items at a previously agreed upon date and time, we can not be held accountable for any delays out of our control in regard to arriving for  collection but will always try to give good notice.

Loss and Damages:

General cleaning and laundering are included in the hire price .

The hirer shall throughout the period of hire be responsible for the maintenance and safe custody of the equipment.
The hirer must be satisfied with all the equipment before use and should notify the company immediately if anything is not working, incorrect deliveries and unacceptable equipment before use. Failure to do so will be the responsibility of the hirer and NOT crowns and confetti events

The client will be responsible for the cost of replacing any crowns and confetti hire items that have been damaged, lost or stolen whilst on their premises and under their care.

This includes but not limited to- Any damages or rips to Bell tents and accessories,any tears or rips to flooring and any damages to rugs,lighting,upholstery,cushions,bedding, or extra cleaning needed to due stains.

Crowns and confetti events will deduct the damages amount from the clients damage deposit but in the case of damages exceeding this amount the client accepts that they will be invoiced within 48 hours and be responsible for paying any extra costs.

Assembly and disassembly is the responsibility of crowns and confetti staff,please allow our staff to set up and pack up all of the hire items for your safety and to reduce the risk of damage.

Force majeure

 Crowns and confetti events cannot accept responsibility for any booking where it is affected or prevented by reason of circumstances that amount to force majeure. ‘Force Majeure’ means any event that Crowns and confetti events could not, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided. Such circumstances include war, threat of war, civil strife, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, foot and mouth disease, pandemics and all other similar events outside of our control.
